- Perishable goods (groceries, dry fruits once opened)
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Used or damaged products
- Items without original packaging

4. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged products only, subject to availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).

- Shipping charges are non-refundable
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
